Julio Pertuzé

Industrial Civil Engineer, graduate in Information Technology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with a master's degree in Technology and Policies and Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a professor at the School of Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and was the Undersecretary of Economy and Small Businesses of Chile. He has developed development strategies in the public and private sectors in Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Asia.

José A. Guridi

Ph.D. (c) en Ciencias de la Información de Cornell University e ingeniero y M.Sc. Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ha trabajado en los Ministerios de Economía, Fomento y Turismo y de Ciencia, Tecnología, Conocimiento e Innovación de Chile donde lideró la unidad de Futuro y Adopción Social de la Tecnología (FAST) y la creación de la Política Nacional de Inteligencia Artificial de Chile. Es parte de la AI Ethics Experts Without Borders de UNESCO.

Sandra Peralta

Economist from University of Chile. She has worked in economic consultancy and the Ministry of Economy, Development, and Tourism as an analyst in the Regulation Unit and later as a senior economist at the National Productivity and Evaluation Commission. Currently, she works as a consultant in Public Policy Evaluation.

Sebastián Adasme

Graduate in Social Sciences with a major in Economics, minor in Political Science, and minor in Logic-Epistemology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been a researcher at the Institute of Social Studies and an advisor within the Presidency of Chile and the Ministry of Economy. In the latter case, he participated in multilateral instances and legislative processes to strengthen the digital economy.

Pilar Trivelli

Lawyer from University of Chile and holds an MSc in Food Studies from New York University. She has extensive public sector experience, having served as senior advisor to the Director of the National Institute of Intellectual Property, Chief of Advisors to the Undersecretary of Economy, and Head of the Small Business Division of the Ministry of Economy. Pilar led the recovery plans for SMEs during the pandemic and has overseen the budget of Chile's innovation agency.

Nicole Rabba

Economist from University of Chile with experience in various sectors, including financial analysis and project coordination at Fundación País Digital. She has also served as an advisor in the FAST unit of the Ministry of Economy, supporting the implementation of digitalization programs and public policies.
